Return and Refund Policy

Made-to-order products

Every Noravale Living product is made specifically after an order is placed. For this reason, we generally cannot accept returns or exchanges for a change of mind, an incorrect size selection, a color preference, or an accidental order.

Please review product descriptions, measurements, materials, and variant selections carefully before completing your purchase. Pillow inserts and frames are not included unless the product page explicitly states otherwise.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

If an item arrives damaged, has a manufacturing defect, or is different from what you ordered, contact us within 30 days of delivery through our Contact page.

Please include your order number, a description of the issue, clear photographs showing the full item and the problem, and photographs of the packaging when damage occurred during shipping.

After reviewing the information, we will arrange an appropriate replacement or refund when the claim is approved. You do not need to return a damaged or defective item unless we provide specific return instructions.

Order changes and cancellations

Production can begin shortly after an order is confirmed. Contact us immediately if you need to request a change or cancellation. We will try to help, but changes and cancellations are not guaranteed once an order has entered production.

Incorrect or incomplete addresses

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. If an order is returned, lost, or must be reproduced because the address supplied at checkout was incorrect or incomplete, additional production or shipping charges may apply.

Approved refunds

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Your bank or card provider may require approximately 5–10 business days to post the refund after it has been processed.

Unauthorized returns

Please do not mail an item to a production partner or an address shown on a package without first contacting us. Returns sent without authorization may not be received or eligible for a refund.
